Altın Gün headline a sold out show in Atlanta, Ga, at Terminal West on July 25, 2023

Hailing from the Netherlands, Altın Gün, graced the stage of Terminal West on July 25th, 2023. The band’s style ranges from Turkish folk traditional to psychedelic rock. During the concert, the band seamlessly transitions between the two during song changes. Whether they’re leaning into their more traditional folk background or heavy into the psychedelics sounds, the entire band beautifully plays their instruments.

What rang most impressive was the sold out Atlanta-crowd that brought the high energy with them as soon as every song began, singing every word in the Turkish lyrics. The diverse audience ranged from young children to millennials and even a few seniors. This was a crowd full of fans and long-time fans at that.

With enthusiastic fans and tremendous talent plus an already critical acclaim, I’m excited to see where Altın Gün go from here!
